What Claude's message means

Adding Kontiny (formerly HealthBridge) to Claude passes through three screens: Claude's, then our sign-in page (mtnlabs account), then Claude again. If one of them shows an error, find its words here, exactly as that screen writes them, with what they mean and what to do next.

From Claude

Your account was authorized, but no MCP server was found at the provided URL, or your account doesn't have access to it.

What it means: the sign-in worked, but the address you added is missing /mcp at the end, so Claude found nothing to talk to there.

What to do: in Claude, remove the Kontiny connector (it may still be named HealthBridge) and add it again with this address:

https://health.mtnlabs.ai/mcp

Couldn't reach the MCP server

What it means: Claude could not reach our server, either because it is down or because of the network in between.

What to do: try again in a minute. If health.mtnlabs.ai/status opens at all, our server is answering, and the problem is more likely the network in between. If it still fails, write to hello@mtnlabs.ai and say when it happened.

Authorization with the MCP server failed

What it means: the sign-in on the mtnlabs account page did not finish.

What to do: start again from Claude, and sign in and press Allow within 10 minutes.

This connector has a server configuration issue. Contact the connector provider.

What it means: Claude could not complete the connection and did not say why. The connector provider is us.

What to do: write to hello@mtnlabs.ai with the ofid_ code from your browser's address bar, and we can find out what happened.

From our sign-in page (mtnlabs account)

This request has expired or was already used. Start again from your assistant.

What it means: more than 10 minutes passed between Claude sending you to the sign-in page and your pressing Allow, or the page was opened twice.

What to do: start again from Claude.

The sign-in took too long, or it was started in another browser. Start again.

What it means: the same 10 minutes, or the sign-in began in one browser and ended in another.

What to do: start again from Claude, and stay in one browser until it is done.

If the sign-in page asks for a code, you chose a different sign-in there than in the app. Usually it is enough to go back and choose the same one. If not, open the app, choose Connect an assistant (in Settings; older versions call it Connect Claude or ChatGPT), and tap Show me a code.

Before you start

The quoted text is Claude's, or our sign-in page's where the heading says so. The ofid_ code lets us find what happened. Write to hello@mtnlabs.ai, or use Help & Support in the app, which works before an assistant is connected.
